Hi, I'm Lindsey.

I built this because I needed it.

I spent years watching women — myself included — follow generic health advice that was never designed for us. Programs that ignored our hormones, our seasons, our lived experience. I got tired of it.

With a BS in Exercise & Rehabilitation Science, a minor in Health & Wellness Coaching, and years of personal experience navigating the gap between what wellness culture tells women and what women actually need, I created The Alignment Method to be different.

This is not a program about shrinking yourself or grinding harder. It is about finally showing up for the most important relationship you have — the one with yourself.
